This policy outlines the conditions for requesting a refund or rescheduling an appointment. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Return & Refund Policy.
2. When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Payment Errors – If a transaction was processed incorrectly due to a system issue, users may submit a refund request within 7 days.
Service Disruptions – If technical issues prevent an appointment from being scheduled or completed, users may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Unauthorized Transactions – If unauthorized use of a payment method is detected, users must notify us immediately for investigation.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
3.1 User Cancellations
Users can reschedule appointments for free using their booking link.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
3.2 Service Provider Cancellations
If an appointment is canceled by the service provider, users may:
Request a full refund if the payment has been processed.
Reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time at no extra cost.
Refund or rescheduling requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the cancellation notice.
4. Subscription Services & Refunds
For users with premium subscriptions, the following applies:
Monthly Subscriptions – Non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
Annual Subscriptions – Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if the plan was not used.
Subscription Cancellations – Users may cancel anytime, but changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once approved, refunds are processed within:
5-10 business days for credit/debit card transactions.
Up to 15 business days for bank transfers.
Subject to third-party processing policies for platforms like PayPal or Stripe.
Users will receive an email confirmation upon refund processing.
6. When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Missed Appointments – No refund if a user fails to attend without canceling in advance.
User Error – If an appointment was booked incorrectly, rescheduling is recommended instead.
Late Requests – Refunds must be requested within the specified timeframe.
Users are responsible for reviewing booking details carefully before confirming an appointment.
7. How to Request a Refund
Users can request a refund by:

Providing proof of payment and transaction details.
Explaining the reason for the refund request.
We will review and respond within 5 business days.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a user files a chargeback without first contacting us, we:
May dispute the claim if the service was provided as agreed.
Encourage resolving disputes through mediation before involving banks.

9. Governing Law & Compliance
